The Brown Deer Water Utility provides clean safe drinking water to the residents of Brown Deer. The Utility is regulated by both the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin, which require the Utility to replace water meters after their designated 20-yr life-cycle.
